  • Fill out our online application
  • Attend one of our events and fill out an application in person
  • Fill out our 2023 GAK application form  – Make sure that your email address is very legible
    • Bring the completed form next time you have dinner at the Edelweiss Restaurant
    • Mail the completed form with check to:
