2019 Menu included: venison königsburg meatballs, wildboar schweinebraten, game (game sausage and pheasant/goose) soups, smoked trout, käsespätzle, roasted root vegetables, pfannpilz, kartoffelbrate, and dessert table including baumtorte, vanillekipferl, and various herrencremes (raspberry, kaffe, mint, etc) from AMANTRA.
