Tuesday, July 16 – $10 Tuesday! This week’s $10 Tuesday will be Schwenkbraten with one side!
Wednesday, July 17 – Buffet Night! This week’s buffet will feature Stuffed Green Peppers, Alt Bier Chicken, Ham Loaf and Sausages with Kraut. For sides, German Potato Salad, Buttered Noodles, Green Beans, Stewed Apples and plenty of cold salads! The full menu will also be available.
Friday, July 19 – Friday Night Music with Nancy Seibert! The Edelweiss welcomes Nancy Seibert to the Friday night lineup on July 19. Nancy plays accordion/keyboard and a mix of popular/standard vocals. The Edelweiss’ July Friday night dinner special will be schwenkbraten – pork cutlet marinated in onion/pepper/special blend of spices formulated by Claus of Claus’ German Sausage & Meats. Enjoy with 2 sides, soup or salad for $14.95! “Schwenk—” is a dialectual term for “grill” from Saarland and the Mosel Valley in Rheinland-Pfalz, the regions where this dish originated. Limited quantity will be prepared each Friday so come early!
